Upgrades and Migrations

Tracker to TeamTrack (Basic)

The goal of the Tracker to TeamTrack service is to help you get TeamTrack installed and running in your environment while migrating a customized process solution from your current Tracker system to TeamTrack.

This includes installation and/or setup of:

  • Serena License Manager
  • TeamTrack Web Server
  • TeamTrack Notification Server
  • TeamTrack Administrator
  • An ODBC connection to your TeamTrack database.

The process migration includes:

  • Customizing the solution to take advantage of TeamTrack’s powerful features
  • Mapping fields and then migrating up to 5,000 existing Tracker records to TeamTrack
  • Converting Tracker attachments and notes over to TeamTrack using a specialized TeamTrack API program.

This service also includes one seat in a scheduled TeamTrack for Users and Administrators training course and a public or on-line training course to prepare one selected user for knowledge transfer during the engagement.

Tracker to TeamTrack (Advanced)

The goal of the Tracker to TeamTrack service is to help you get TeamTrack installed and running in your environment while migrating up to four customized process solutions from your current Tracker system to TeamTrack.

This includes installation and setup of:

  • Serena License Manager
  • TeamTrack Web Server
  • TeamTrack Notification Server
  • TeamTrack Administrator
  • An ODBC connection to your TeamTrack database.

The process migration includes:

  • Customizing the solutions to take advantage of TeamTrack’s powerful features
  • Mapping fields and then migrating up to 10,000 existing Tracker records to TeamTrack
  • Converting Tracker attachments and notes over to TeamTrack using a specialized TeamTrack API program

This service also includes one seat in a scheduled TeamTrack for Users and Administrators training course and a public or on-line training course to prepare one selected user for knowledge transfer during the engagement.
