The goal of the Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) IT Workflows into TeamTrack service solution is to help you get up to 25 different IT processes customized and implemented into your existing TeamTrack system, building upon the SOX Audit Workflows with TeamTrack service solution. Consultants will perform proper assessment, planning, and implementation of semi-customized workflows in TeamTrack to automate the SOX processes within IT, leveraging specific portions of the generally accepted COBIT™ methodology that support IT compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Sections 404 and 302. Since the inception of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, processing of documentation and reporting has been largely a manual process and this implementation will help automate and streamline a large portion of this work, resulting in significant savings to the client. The services solution will include comprehensive processes and workflows based on the COBIT methodology. This will include Project Management, Change Management and IT Operations control domains and all workflows within those domains. Relevant portions of the HR control domains are also included.
