TeamTrack for ChangeMan ZMF Solution

This integration provides browser based user interface for ChangeMan ZMF and links the ZMF lifecycle to the broader application lifecycle processes that an enterprise uses.

This integration allows managers to perform approvals, receive email notifications, promote applications and create change packages.

TeamTrack for ChangeMan is built on a TeamTrack workflow designed specifically for ZMF. The TeamTrack for ChangeMan Workflow defines the process that TeamTrack items must follow from creation to closure.

The workflow consists of fields, states, and transitions, which define how a change request transitions through the various states governing a software development lifecycle. It allows you to define the process that your change requests (primary items) must follow. It lets you to track the work/change request through the workflow, while gathering information about the software change it tracks support the process. You can create and generate reports that include this information.

TeamTrack for ChangeMan includes all of TeamTrack’s capabilities, plus it has ZMF specific pre-configured groups and workflows for the primary types of change requests, and integration points with the ZMF environment. The pre-configured groups allow you to define which users have access to data based on their roles. The groups determine the actions that a particular user is permitted to perform. The TeamTrack roles map to ChangeMan ZMF approval entities, which are validated by ChangeMan when a user logs into the mainframe from within TeamTrack.

Approvers can perform package queries for approvals outstanding for them. They can also drill down through the package to its components and even browse the changed source code.
